All prices quoted for Nature & Nosh Tours NZ Limited are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the balance due 14 days before the corporate package is scheduled to run at which final numbers are locked in. Any decreases to numbers after this time will be still be charged at the full rate. any additions to this number will be subject to availability and confirmation. 

Special dietary requirements
If you have any special dietary requirements, allergies or preference, we need to be informed at the time of booking. We hope to accommodate all special dietary requirements, however, if this is not possible we will inform you as soon as possible. Due to operating a significant proportion of our tours outdoors, there are elements beyond our control.

Changes to programme
We will do our best to deliver the experience outlined in each package. However, from time to time, there are factors and circumstances which may cause us to alter or change the package. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes necessary and all tours will proceed with adjusted itineraries.

Rain / weather policy
We will go ahead with the agreed programme if there is rain on the day(s), as long as it is safe to do so. If your group has booked the bush boardroom for a session, we will make a call no later than 2 hours before this session whether to move it into the covered (open-faced) events centre in the Southern Enclosure.

Bush boardroom 
The bush boardroom is one of a kind, in such that it is unplugged. There is no access to power, WiFi and reception is patchy at best. There is a bio-toilet a short 100metres from the site. We can comfortably seat 10 people around the table, possibly up to 12. We can provide an easel with paper and pens for recording your session. Should you require notepads and pens, these should be brought in with you. We take a minimal approach with low-waste. Aside from any catering agreed within your programme, we will provide water glasses for your crew.

Fitness and physical capability
The activities in our corporate programmes including but not limited to our mindful hiking, foraging workshop, highlights tour and access to the bush boardroom table all require group members to have a reasonable level of fitness. Most of the tracks are well-maintained, though it is still a mountain with steep, uneven surfaces. Sturdy, covered footwear is advised. 

Cancellations
More than 14 days out, $150 cancellation fee.
Between than 14 and 7 days out, no refund, but fully transferrable to another date subject to availability.
Within 6 days of the scheduled date, 20% charge, 80% transferrable to another date subject to availability.

All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to hello@natureandnosh.co.nz (effective from the sent date on the email). You are advised to call us directly if you have not received an acknowledgement that your cancellation notice has been received by us within 48 hours of sending.

In participating in our corporate packages, you agree to the following conditions:
I agree that I must follow the instructions of Nature and Nosh Tours NZ Limited staff at all times; furthermore, I agree that if I am the adult accompanying any person under the age of 18 I must ensure that the underage person follows our instructions at all times;

My successors, executors and administrators are bound by these Terms & Conditions.
I agree not to commence any litigation proceedings in any country in relation to the risks and liabilities set out above and to indemnify Nature and Nosh Tours NZ Ltd against any claims;
I confirm I am physically fit and have no medical conditions which could affect my ability to participate in any aspect of the packages.

I confirm I am aware that professional medical assistance may be difficult and/or take some time to access due to access on Maungatautari or other wilderness areas.

I consent to receive medical treatment in the case of injury, accident or illness during the activity and to indemnify Nosh Tours NZ Limited against any claims, costs or expenses in respect of the treatment;

Health and medical
You must complete an online health and medical disclosure form if participating in a mindful hike and advise us fully of any medical history of heart or lung disorders, asthma or epilepsy, insulin or drug dependency, or any other known medical condition. By agreeing to these booking terms and conditions you confirm that you (or those you are booking on behalf of) are in good health for the activities which you are undertaking.

Our tour guides have the right to disqualify anyone, at any time, during the trip if he or she feels the guest is physically incapable and/or if a guests continued participation will compromise the safety or be detrimental to the individual involved or the group. If you are feeling unwell while on the tour, you agree that you will let the tour guide know immediately and will not participate in any activities whilst you are feeling unwell.

Use of imagery
Nature and Nosh Tours NZ Ltd reserves the right to use any photographic images or video of guests for promotion purposes. This may include but is not limited to images used online, in printed material or events.
